Well..
It`s not your ordinary adventure following the Baudelaine children. I find it refreshing to hear a story that has a sense of realism in that life isn`t perfect. There`s a lot of word play and numbers involved as well which I enjoyed especially as a writer myself.
Tim Curry narrates which is a nice touch. I really liked the bit at the end with an interview with Lemony Snicket.

Needs a different narrator
I was pretty disappointed by this Audio Book. I think I would have enjoyed the story a lot more if it had been narrated by someone who actually changed her voice for each character... and pronounced all the words correctly. Her voice was annoyingly nasally and monotone through the whole thing. Now I`m totally put off by the book and don`t think I`ll even bother reading it.

Great book.
This is the first in a series of adventure books that is sure to please both young adults and adults. Every kid dreams of super powers and for these young misfits that dream is a reality.
