Loved It
My all time favorite actor, James Cagney, won the Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of legendary song and dance man George M. Cohan. Mr. Cagney was a very talented actor, singer, and dancer and this movie let him show off all of his amazing talents. The scene I loved the most is the next to the last scene when he is leaving the office of the President of the United States and he starts walking down the stairs only to end up tap dancing his way down the stairs, this both amazes me and mesmerizes me every time I see it(and even more so since I heard that Mr. Cagney actually improvised that scene). If you love musicals you are sure to love this amazing movie.
