Movie Description:
In Israel, a prinsoner of the Israeli army, under interrogation, spitsout one word: "kima," or mushroom. InFrance, a car carrying threePalestinian men is being followed by thepolice. A roadblock andensuing gunfightleaves two of the passengers dead. One, Abdel El-Famy, has escaped. Palestinian radicals have a plan togun down top Israeli nuclear scientist David Sokarev, who is on an official visit to London. The plan has a codename: "Operation Mushroom." The Palestinians have called on the help of the IRA, a terrorist group which has alreadyinfiltrated the British Islesand can help the hit man by supplying weapons, safe houses, transport and muscle. Now two men, Abdel El-Famy, and theIRA`s man, Kieran McCoy, are haunting the streets of London waiting for the moment to strike. The police are trying to track them down, the army has beencalled out onto the streets, but right now, it`s down to one man, a special security agent known as "Jimmy." Past his prime, unreliable and ill-disciplined, he`s also an old hand at this kind of game. He can be an expert and efficient player and, when called onto do so, a ruthless, cold killer.
