Movie Description:
A young boy named Sosuke rescues a goldfish named Ponyo, and the embark on a fantastic journey of friendship and discovery before Ponyo`s father, apowerful sorcerer, forces her to return to her home in the sea.In her quest to become human and reunite with Sosuke, Ponyo stumbles upon and releases herfather`s magical Water of Life and triggers a gigantic storm. Now balance must be restored to the world they all cherish.

Ponyo loves SOSUKE!!!!!
This movie is definitely going on my shelves at home, I loved it because the animation was superb, the story draws you in and keeps you guessing, and of course its been called the Japanese version of the little mermaid for a very good reason, Ponyo a fish that wants to become a girl so she may be with the one she loves (Sosuke) ends up tasting human blood and eating human food that allows her to start to transform into a human, Ponyo must choose between her magical self, or being human and must also be loved by Sosuke in order not to transform into sea foam.

+ the old women at the retirement center they are a hoot and one is voiced by Betty White and another by Lily Tomlin

I would recommend this as a family movie for people of all ages that enjoy miyazaki films and are Anime Buffs
