Great Comedy
If only it could be that easy to balance our countries budget. Kevin Kline stands in for the President when he as a stroke and is unable to perform the duties of the office of the President of The United States. Frank Langella gives a great performance as the Presidents advisor, who thinks he can somehow become President if he underminds the President by implicating him in a scheme that the real President was involved in.
