Movie Description:
Ernie Souchak is a well-known Chicago Sun-Times columnist who`s known for his blistering political exposes. Souchak`s controversial reporting,recieves congratulations from fans and his managing editor Howard McDermott; however, Souchak also gets to take some time off. Howard suggests he head for the Rockies to interview a reclusive, famouslady omithologist Nell Porter, who studiesthe endangered American baldeagle. Amid the majestic Rocky Mountains we see Souchak - chain-smoking and carrying an enormous backpack - and hisweatherbeaten guide, Deke Lewis. Deke mentions to Souchak that he hopes he isn`t a reporter because Nell hates them. This is the beginning of adelightful adventures between Souchak and Nell at the top of the world on the Continental Divide. When they met they heard bells....and that was just roundone.
