If you are looking for the scariest 80`s movie ever then rent Dead Alive. I have seen this movie so many times that every time I do watch it; I still get queasy. The character main character, Lionel is a mommas boy who is trying to become a more independent man by doing his own personal goals. He runs into a woman that has fallen in love with him. Paquita tries to get him away from his mother but his mother won`t give him up for anybody. While the mom is spying at the zoo, a radioactive rat monkey bites her and she becomes the walking dead. You can imagine what else happens. As a fan of Peter Jackson`s old films, he needs to go back to his roots and make more horror movies. The movies are so gross and ridiculous. I love them all.
