Movie Description:
This is the story of a small town thrust into the blinding glare of the media after an African-American man was found dragged to death and left on theside of the road. Dispatched tothe scene, Sheriff Billy Rowles is aided in the murder investigation by R.C. Horn, the town`s mayor. Together they struggleto find the killers and bring them to justice, before the town explodes. The Black Panthers and the Klan arrive organizing protests, amidst the mediafrenzy, as Billy and R.C. discover everyone has an agenda,as they risk their careers to find the truth.
