Movie Description:
Puberty sucks, and nobody knowsit better than 13 year oldErnest Chin. As he watches guests come and go, Ernestfinds himself forever stuck at hisfamily`s hourly rate motel. He is forced to divide his time between takingorders from hisoverbearing mom, cleaning up after the miscreant guestsstaying at the motel, and longing for the girl of his dreams,15 year old Christine. He lacks the courage to tell her howhe feels, that is untilcharismatic Sam Kim checks intothe motel and takes fatherless Ernest for a wild ride toward manhood, for better or worse.

Awkward Funny
Motel is such a great movie to watch with a bunch of friends. If you loved Little Miss Sunshine, then you will love Motel. Ernest is an awkward teenager jsut trying to have a normal life. He lives in a family owned motel with his mother, sister and grandfather. His mother does not focus on Ernest`s accomplishments but on his little sister. Ernest is the only one in his family that actually takes care of the motel. The audience gets to meet all the crazy people who stay the night at the motel. Ernest meets the character of Sam, Ernest can finally come to realize he has a pretty good life. You really fall in love with Ernest and all the crazy things he goes through with his family. Another great thing about the movie is the fact that Sam is incredibly goodlooking.
