Dave Purcell just woke up on the wrongside of life. His marriage is dead and his restaurant just went belly up. Things look pretty bad for Dave untilhis eccentric neighbor comes tothe rescue. Alphonse, Dave`s neighbor, hatches a mad-yetingenious scheme in the hopes ofsaving his buddy`s sagging fortunes. After staging the sightings of an extremely rare bird in the neighborhood,birdwatchers and hungry patrons theworld over, flock to the area. The hoax succeeds far beyond expectations and business booms.But little does anyone know, Alphonse is working on a few othersecret plans which will soon have Dave`srestaurant swimming in controversy.
