Dave Purcell just woke up on the wrongside of life. His marriage is dead and his restaurant just went belly up. Things look pretty bad for Dave untilhis eccentric neighbour comes to the rescue. Alphonse, Dave`s neighbour, hatches a mad-yet-ingenious scheme in the hopes ofan extremely rare bird in the neighbourhood, bird watchers and hungry patrons the world over, flock to the area. The hoax succeds far beyondexpectations and business booms. But little does anyone know, Alphonse is working on a few other secret plans which will soon have Dave`s restaurantswimming in controversy.
