Movie Description:
An inept Czech peasant is torn between greed and guiltwhen the Nazi- backed bosses of his town appointed him "Aryan controller" of an old Jewishwidow`s button shop. Humor and tragedy fuse in this scathing exploration of onecowardly man`s complicity in the horrorsof a totalitarian regime.
