The next morning the girls take a limo to the airport and board a flight to their new hometown. Uponarrival, they meet their new family (complete with a cute 18-year-old boy), help the familyfinish working on their bedroom(which happens to be the backporch), and learn that they will be sharing one bathroom with seven people for the next five weeks. They are even asked to pluck freshly killed chickensfor dinner. The "simple life" has officially begun. DAIRY FARMIN` DIVAS: Paris and Nicolestumble through their first dayof work on a dairy farm. In thewar between the girls and nature, nature wins. Their new family is appalled to learn thatthey have been unceremoniously fired, even before they finished the first job. SONIC BURGER SHENANIGANS: Paris andNicole next take a stab at an hones day`s work at the fast food joint, SonicBurger. They quickly become the employees from hell, wreaking havoc onboth customers and management. "Lucy and Ethel" have nothingon our Bel Air babes.THE ONE ABOUT THE RUMORS: The town mayor asks Paris and Nicole to be honorary co-chairs of the Altus Spring- time Gala. They sell kisses for adollar, enter some less-than-perfect pies in the town pie bake-off, and turn heads with their risque couture. Despitethe girls` best efforts to fit in, makea good impression and help out,they end up doing more harm than good. As expected, the men are enthralled and thewomen appalled. SHOPAHOLICS: Paris andNicole`s next mis-adventure is manning cattle at the I-40 livestock auction. The day takesan unexpected turn when they head to theFarmer`s Co-op to pick up cattle feed and come back with a beautiful mother`s day gift for Janet - charged to theirnew employers credit card. When their boss and Janet discoverthe mischief, the girls pay the consequences - they must perform the disgusting job ofpregnancy testing 100 head of cattle. BOY CRAZY: Ourgirls set out to bring Los Angeles to Altus, and end up turningthe town upside down. Despite the dad`s repeated house rules, the girls break curfew and flirt with boys - even makingempty promises and offering them tripsto California. With only a few days left, the family is concerned about the trail of trouble the girls are leaving behind. GOOD-BYE AND GOOD LUCK: Paris and Nicole`s 30-daysentence is up. They realizethat they are not cut out for"The Simple Life" but they havecome to learn to love the host family and leaving is a lot harder than they even imagined. They bid adieu to their newfamily, new friends, colorful bosses, and other townsfolk at a going-away picnic in AtlusCity Park.
