Daniel loses his wife and son in a car accident. Slowly recovering from his injuries, Daniel begins to rebuild his son`s video camera that wasdamaged in the crash. Infused with power from the moment of the crash, the camera develops the ability to stop time. Daniel takes an interestin Sarah, a young schoolteacherwho lost her husband in thesame car accident. He begins to improve her life in small ways, doing things only hecan do with his incredible power. Danielgrossly underestimates the havoc he can cause by stopping time.
